Born in 1885 or 1886. Arrived at Quebec, CANADA - 23/07/1907 on board of s.s. Sardinian. Lived and worked in Montreal, Canada for 3 years. Possibly worked at Asher Bros. in Montreal. Then arrived at Ellis island on board of s.s. Rotterdam on 30/09/1911 heading to Detroit. Mrs Krott was mentioned as a contact person. Marian was part of a revolutionists group that attempted killing Russian governor (most likely Gieorgi Skałon or Nikołaj Wonlarski) in Warsaw in 1906, the reason why him and his brother Frank along with their father had to escape from Poland. World War I registration card stated physical disability. Just after the attack on the Russian governor Marian was involved in a tram accident. He jumped out of the tram and broke one of both of his legs. Because of the injuries Marian could not travel to America together with Frank and had to hide until he was well enough to travel. Alternative name spelling (mostly from US documents): Dolowski, Dolmar, Delmar; Marian, Maryan, Maryjan, Marion, Marlon. Marian moved to Florida with Alice and worked as an instructor at Palm Beach Vocational School.
