ASTACHNOWICZ, Stanisław

Katarzyna and Stanisław were on the list of passangers on the Carnarvon Castle (Union-Castle Mail Steamship Company ) sailing from Durban and Mombasa and arriving on the 28th of June 1948 in Southhampton with over 1000 Polish Displaced women, children and the elderly. After arrival they were assigned to Daglingworth Camp in Gloucestershire. Their son Bolesław was not on pasenger list.
